Well, I was disapointed to miss last weeks episode, but I caught it last night.

Week 3 of the 4th apprentice had me wanting to strangle someone!

It started with that anoying Marcus not getting canned! UHG

Then Toral said something along the lines of how she thought all the women there were great women, and if she had any receptionist possitions open, she'd be happy to hire them.

I hate it when people do and say things like that! It's an insult veiled in a compliment, and how do you respond to things like that?

Then the project manager, Rebecca broke her ankle, and Toral went to the hospital with her. This formed a bond betwen the two and when the woman lost, Toral wasn't brought into the board room. I was with Trump in thinking that this was a mistake. Toral may be experienced and intelligent, but she brings the moral of the group as a whole down, and that's going to hurt them in the future.

Each team was to create a high tech expo for elderly people. This is no easy feet, since the elderly don't like high tech. They were graded by the people attending, and the women (again) went for the sex appeal approach. This is something that I see alot on the Apprentice, and it bugs me to no end. They were doing push ups on the floor in front of these old men that were obviously -really- enjoying it. The men won.

Rebbeca made another huge mistake, and this is another one that is quite common on the Apprentice. She deligated the most important jobs. Jennifer W is an event planner, and so she turned this whole aspect over to her, and didn't follow up on it herself. This was the single most important part of this task.. getting bodies in there, and she just handed that over to someone else, and left it. BIG mistake. Jennifer W botched this up horribly... The place was bland.. food was bad, and it stunk.

Jennifer W definantly deserved to go into the board room, but so did Toral. She should have brought them both and let them fight it out, and Trump decide. I feel that Jennifer W would have still been fired, because she didn't come into the board room armed. You have to go into there with.. "I shouldn't be fired, and this is why; That person should be fired, and this is why." Toral would have likely went in there with those things. She most likely would have pinned the whole thing on Rebbeca, as this friendship likely doens't meen as much to her as it does to Rebbeca.

I would have liked to see Toral go, but Jennifer W wasn't a mistake either. She just wasn't pit bull enough for the job.

I was disapointed to see the previews for next week. I think that it was pretty obvious that the men have lost next week, and I wish they hadn't given that away. They showed trump being harsh with someone in the board room, and he was using agressive hand movements, and that isn't something that you do with women.

I'll be very surprised if it turns out that the men won.
